ActivatorDesk was a web browser that ran on Desktop devices, it ran on Windows. ActivatorDesk's website doesn't work any more, but there is a saved copy of it on archive.org. Development on ActivatorDesk started in 2000, and while the project is clearly discontinued, it wasn't possible to figure out when development ceased.
Some kind of early Internet Suite which included a web browser; apparently based on Internet Explorer/Trident, but it tried to be more secure?

These web browsers have something in common with ActivatorDesk, you could test them out and compare them.
