Tesla Browser is a Desktop web browser that runs on Windows. It is developed by Pass Service LLP. It has been developed for about 4 years since launching in 2022.
This appears to be some kind of repacked version of Chrome with some minor changes. It has nothing to do with Tesla cars.
It's based on Chromium and their displayed version number is inline with what Chrome's current version is, so it does appear to be actively maintained.
The version number of the latest download of Tesla Browser is displayed on the download page, but unfortunately it doesn't also show the date of that release, so it's hard to tell how long ago the version came out.
We have received some reports that Tesla Browser might be considered to be or contain a "Potentially Unwanted Program". Please investigate Tesla Browser carefully before you decide to install it.

Make sure to read the Tesla Browser Terms and Conditions closely before installing; they state that "during the installation process, additional software such as Browser extensions may be installed". In other words, they want you to install extra software that will presumably show you ads and perform other unwanted behaviour.
These web browsers have something in common with Tesla Browser, you could test them out and compare them.
