Tiber was a Desktop web browser and supported the Windows and Mac OS Classic operating systems. It was developed by Teknema. Development on Tiber started in 1995, and while the project is clearly discontinued, it wasn't possible to figure out when development ceased.
TIBer, short for "Teknema Internet Browser". An Italian ISP company: Video on Line gave its customers a web browser: TIBer, which was based on NCSA Mosaic.
A very obscure browser from the 1990s. I have seen screenshots of it on Mac, and there's a Youtube video of it running on Windows 3.1
