Argo was a vintage Desktop web browser that ran on Unix-like operating systems. It was developed by Bert Bos. It was developed for about 3 years before being discontinued.
Argo was part of a project to make the Internet accessible to scholars in the Humanities at the University of Groningen. There is presently no publicly available built version, although the source code is still available.
