Deepfish was a Mobile web browser that ran on Windows Mobile. It was developed by Microsoft. It was developed for about a year before being discontinued.
An experimental browsing technology from Microsoft, designed for Windows Mobile devices. It aimed to provide a consistent browsing experience across desktops and mobile devices. It consisted of a lightweight mobile browser that pulled content from the backend servers; which proxied and did most of the processing.
Microsoft Live Labs Deepfish was an experimental project and was never fully released.
