Dolphin is a Mobile web browser and supports the Android and iOS operating systems. It is developed by MoboTap Inc. ASDF3 It was developed for about 15 years, but there hasn't been anything recently and the project seems abandoned.
Dolphin is a mobile web browser - not to be confused with the Dolphin Emulator (that allows you to play some Nintendo games on your computer).
