Emissary was a vintage Desktop web browser that ran on Windows. It was developed by Attachmate. It was developed for about a year before being discontinued. Emissary's website doesn't work any more, but there is a saved copy of it on archive.org.
Emissary was a popular internet suite in the mid 1990s. It contained a web browser, FTP client, and so on.
