MacWWW was a lightweight vintage Desktop web browser that ran on Mac OS Classic. It was developed by Robert Cailliau. It was developed for about 2 years before being discontinued.
MacWWW was the first web browser available for Macintosh computers (the graphical browser Mosaic was released for Mac later in 1993).
